The President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) has reviewed and adopted the report, which follows up the first AMP report, Capturing Domestic Competitive Advantage in Advanced Manufacturing (July 2012), and the 2011 PCAST report,Ensuring American Leadership in Advanced Manufacturing.
