Silicon Valley Bank may be known for its operations in the tech hub it gets its name from, but it also has a big presence in Europe. The company has recently announced its expanding to Germany and opening offices in Frankfurt, providing financing to tech firms and investors. Phil Cox, head of EMEA and president of the UK branch at Silicon Valley Bank, joined Bloomberg Technology to discuss.
