Plaintiff The IntelliCAD Technology Consortium (“the ITC”), for its Complaint against defendant Suzhou Gstarsoft Co. Ltd. (“Gstar”), alleges as follows:

Founded in 1999, the ITC is a consortium of computer aided design (“CAD”) software developers who develop and maintain the IntelliCAD software platform (“IntelliCAD”), which is used for developing digital design solutions.
