The paper goes out from the state of the art in the area of Industry 4.0 initiative of the most developed countries. There are also discussed reasons of Industry 4.0 development and implementation into existing still developed technologies. According to the last development, the term digital twin became a very often-used word. Authors explain differences in the content of the digital twin and recommend to use for the Industry 4.0 area the more appropriate and precise specified term – the Asset Administration Shell (AAS). Next parts of the contribution therefore deal with the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) in details to enable engineers, technicians and informatics from the praxis much more simple introduction in the Industry 4.0 problems and their solution. There is introduced and explained the structure of the AAS, the model and sub-models architecture, parameters and features in the contribution.

Einleitung

PUBLIKATION DER PLATTFORM - Die Plattform Industrie 4.0 macht den Praxistest und zeigt, wie Unternehmen Daten in der Industrie 4.0 standardisiert nutzen und verwalten können. In der Publikation fasst sie wesentliche Aspekte der Verwaltungsschale zusammen und erklärt Anwendern, wie sie selbst generische, Asset-spezifische und freie Teilmodelle entwickeln können.

In der Industrie 4.0-Welt erhält jeder Gegenstand eine Verwaltungsschale, in der sämtliche Informationen und Funktionalitäten in Teilmodellen beschrieben ist. Leicht nachvollziehbar und zum selbst ausprobieren geeignet: Die Publikation „Verwaltungsschale in der Praxis“ fasst die wesentlichen Aspekte der Verwaltungsschale zusammen. Zudem werden generische, Asset-spezifische und freie Teilmodelle ausgeprägt. Teilmodelle mit standardisierten Inhalten sind neben der Struktur einer Verwaltungsschale Voraussetzung, die Unternehmen erfüllen müssen, um ein interoperables übergreifendes System in ihrer Produktion sowie auch in anderen Bereichen zu schaffen. Gleichzeitig ist die Publikation in Teilen die Spezifikation zum Demonstrator und dient der Plattform Industrie 4.0, ihre beschriebenen Anleitungen und festgelegten Strukturen zur „Verwaltungsschale im Detail“ zu validieren und umzusetzen.
