written by the consortium carrying out the “study on emerging issues of data

ownership, interoperability, (re)usability and access to data, and liability”,

composed of Deloitte Belgium, WIK-Consult and Open Evidence as partners and

OpenForum Europe and Timelex as subcontractors.
